Miloš Radonjić
Miloš Radonjić has been involved in the process of European integration for over 11 years, since June 2013, when Montenegro was at the stage of officially commencing accession negotiations in chapters 23 and 24. During this period, he has been engaged in all aspects of the negotiation process in the field of the rule of law, from the development and revision of action plans for chapters 23 and 24, the preparation of relevant documents, reports and annexes, organizing expert and peer-review missions in relevant areas, to obtaining the Report on the assessment of fulfillment of interim benchmarks (IBAR).
At the time of receiving this important document for Montenegro's further European path, he holds the position of deputy head of the negotiating working groups for chapters 23 and 24. In the previous period, he was the head of the Negotiating Working Group for Chapter 24 at one stage of the negotiations, and he also served as the secretary of the negotiating working groups for Chapters 23 and 24, as well as the secretary and a member of the Council for the Rule of Law. He was also the secretary of the Cluster Collegium for Cluster 1 – Fundamental Chapters and a member of the Special Group for Public Administration Reform. He held the position of integrity manager at the Ministry of European Affairs, a ministry that plays a key coordinating role in Montenegro's accession negotiation process. Miloš is a recipient of the scholarship from the Embassy of the Republic of Italy in Montenegro, awarded for the academic year 2008/2009. He obtained a Master's degree in the field of international relations (Master of Arts – MA) after completing his studies at the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna). Previously, he completed his undergraduate and specialist studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Podgorica. He was awarded recognition for exceptional success in his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences. (9.53). He is a recipient of the diploma "Luča II" after completing secondary education at the "Slobodan Škerović" Gymnasium, as well as the diploma "Luča" after finishing primary school. He speaks English and Italian fluently (holding a Bachelor's degree in Italian language and literature from the Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić, 2015). He also speaks Spanish (Instituto Cervantes - Level B1) and French (Institut français du Monténégro, DELF A2).
Miloš has passed the diplomatic and consular exam (2016) and was also a participant in the VIII Summer School for Young Diplomats "Gavro Vuković" (Berane/Cetinje, 2015). He has attended numerous training sessions in the field of international relations and European integration. He has also attended the School of Democracy, the School of Human and Minority Rights, and is a recipient of a certificate for direct selection as a participant in the VIII generation of the European Integration School, organized by the "Center for Civic Education" (CGO). He was a participant in the project "Putujmo u Evropu" (2008), organized by the "European Movement" in Montenegro, in collaboration with the Bosch Foundation and the "Open Society Institute," which aimed to allow 20 top students from Montenegro to spend the summer of 2007 as many of their peers from Europe did, traveling across Europe and becoming acquainted with its cities, cultures, and peoples.
