Ivana Pejović

Ivana Pejović graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, majoring in Entrepreneurship, and subsequently obtained her master's degree at the UNESCO Chair for Entrepreneurial Studies in Novi Sad. After completing her undergraduate studies, as a scholarship recipient of the Ost-Ausschus organization and the Dr. Zoran Đinđić Foundation, she spent four months in Germany, where she gained work experience at Praktiker company. Additionally, she was selected to represent Montenegro as a student ambassador at the World Expo 'Expo 2010' in Shanghai. She is a scholarship holder from the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation.

She began her professional career in 2011 at Crnogorski Telekom as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. She was soon promoted to the Procurement Department, taking on the role of Tactical Buyer, where she managed projects focused on NT and IT categories, as well as the development of procurement strategies. She concluded her career at Crnogorski Telekom as a Strategic Buyer, responsible for the implementation and coordination of strategic procurement initiatives in the IT sector.

From 2020 to 2022, she worked as a coordinator in the office of the Minister of the Ministry of Economic Development. After that, she transitioned to the start-up sector as the Deputy Executive Director of the Montenegrin start-up ooblee. Since 2023, she has taken on the role of Chief of Staff in the Office of the President of Montenegro. She speaks English and is proficient in French and German.
